Speaker Mod's

Another basic question for those modders out there. I see that ton's of you have added dynamat to the speaker bracing and magnets in your gear (normally in SDA's). Can/should this be done with other speakers such as Monitor 60's, or even speakers from other companies like Infinity's (specifically Primus 162's)?
I am just curious if it would tighten up the bass like it seems to do with the SDA's.

I've heard of people using dynamat in the Primuses. There are a lot of specific mods out there for the primus line. Their rationale was that the stuffing inside was basically useless and needed to be lined better on the wall to reduce cabinet resonance. I'm sure a good google search you can find more details.2Ch Tube Audio Convert
