Hi all...

I'm relatively new to this and wanted to check. I've been trying to sell some things on craigslist, and someone wants me to ship something. I know that's typically a no-no. He offered to pay via paypal if I can ship it. I have used paypal a few times with no problems. Is there anything I should be looking out for? Is it possible that they can make payment, I ship it, and they withdraw payment? Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance for any advice.

If they are a verified member, and send the money as a gift, you should be fine. Or, have them send a postal MO.

    Or, just tell them no.

    Cheers,

Thanks for the info. That E-Bay scam was what I was worried about. Thanks,

If it is something they should be able to find locally or on eBay I would tell them no. If you need to sell it and it has a small buyer market you may consider researching I would say it's not worth the trouble. Ask yourself what is unique about your item that someone would start looking nondriving distace for. Good luck
