Speed just aired a show called Test Drive. The latest edition has the ZR-1 pitted with the ALMS Corvette C6.R.

Pretty cool show on a personal level since I am friends with Tommy Kendall and even closer friends with Corvette Racing’s own, Johnny O’Connell.

Show goes off well, until a NASCAR 5 time champion gets in the car. Guess what he does when he turns the car right. You got it, spins it.

I know Jimmy Johnson has talent so please don’t complain that I am picking on him. I know this isn’t his regular car, just way too funny to watch. The Corvette drivers go 24 hours without spinning the car.

Rather cool how he brags about the Vette so much !!!

    Hehe! great fun! I bet my boy 'Smoke' ( Tony Stewart ) would have drove the pants off of it better than JJ :wink:

    Both Tony Swewart and JJ have plenty of time in the Grand Am Rolex road racing cars. They both have come close to winning the 24hrs of Daytona.

    Stuwee, I am sure they will show it again.

    Must be something about those cars, I saw Ford's factory driver Matt Kennseth driving one last week.

    Maybe it was Tony's and Matt was taking it to get it serviced for him.
