Infinity Sterling 5.1 Setup - 7/10 - LOCAL - Black - $200

I have a complete 5.1 Infinity Sterling set, including the subwoofer for $250 available, local pickup. The finish veneer is black and overall is in excellent condition. The subwoofer is a little scratched up because my dumb **** didn't secure it in my truck prior to transportation to my home. The other speakers are in excellent condition.

This is a plug and play 5.1 Infinity surround sound system, floorstanding left & right, solid center channel, bookshelf rear surrounds and a decent 10" subwoofer.

I'll post some pics tomorrow but it's a solid beginner setup if not DONE type setup. I just want it out of my home and have no use for it.

This is a rig that will get you hooked when you get it for your girl, honey or....well, maybe a hug from Mom or Grandma.

EDIT: Thanks Russman for pointing out that my model line was completely wrong....not Prestige but the Sterling. This was offline and he was much more angry and rude, of which most of it cannot be typed in any way shape or form.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I know there is/was a Prelude and Primus series, never heard of Prestige. Sterling perhaps?

    Cheers,

I don't have the floorstanders in the house so these are the only pics I can take for now.

The subwoofer could look more dreamy and attractive but it doesn't. The dust cap has a dent in it but I'll pop that out before it sells, and it doesn't affect how it sounds anyways.

The tweeters in the Sterling lineup isn't the cooler Polycell that Infinity had introduced at the same time. However it's not too shabby much like the Polk Audio Monitor 4 series....of course the Polk sounds better

You're correct, thanks for the demoralizing phone call.

That's a great deal man, the floorstanders and sub alone would be worth your price. AND the floorstanders might have the Polycell.

Oh, and don't feel bad, I just lit a fire in the fireplace with the damper closed and walked outside for a smoke. Smells like camp in here now.

Yikes but I love the smell of burning wood....in a controlled manner of course.

I know they're not Polk but they still take up too much room.....and you know Grandma needs a new surround sound setup ASAP!

Price drop....$225 for a full 5.1 setup....towers for L&R, decent sized center, subwoofer and standard sized surrounds. I'll even deliver it if your local.

Why are these still here? If we lived in the same town, I would be shoveling your driveway or raking leaves!

I've owned a couple of pr. of sterling series bookshelf size but big ones and the sound that comes from them is amazing. Guaranteed(sp).

My last pr. lasted 1/2 hr after I listed them on Craigs list. That there should say something about their quality and reputation.
I didn't like selling them but I needed space back then real bad.

Seriously? Someone hook their momma up. Surely there is a brother, neighbor, half sister, SOMEONE that could use some hifi. I'd buy it just to F with it if you were local, why is this still here? Tax returns are coming peeps, get your spend on.

Now, back down to the casino, I think this one go go dancer really likes me. No, really. I'm serious.

    Bummer. :frown:

This would have been the perfect excuse to stop resisting another HT setup, but there's no way i could make that drive anytime soon with work right now. For some reason i was unsure if you were in OH or not.

Good luck, though i REALLY don't see why this has lasted this long.
