No worse then Wyred4Sound. The name would be fine, if it were not for the stupid spelling. Looks like a Prince song title. lol

I don't know, they may have been the biggest seller in car audio 30 years ago. Must have been a catchy name, because it wasn't quality sound that made all those sales.

I agree, that has to be the worst.

    Juliette.

That was my first am/fm/8-track stereo, and that was also my first experience at upgrading my system. I bought a cheap phono preamp, an old dual tt, and some cheap Pioneer speakers.

    I was rockin!!!
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

Anything that isn't the actual name of the gear. I can't stand the use of pet names for electronics.

    Danes - Dynaudio

    Maggie's - Magnepan

    etc, etc

Use the written in blood name....it's respectful.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

It's been brought up before, but ...... Radio Shack ?

Pretty appropriate name if you're the radio operator on a Naval destroyer in WWII, but .....

Sound Design put out some pretty nasty audio gear.

Not to nit pick here but technically wasn't it spelled Soundesign ?
I could be wrong and not that it really matters.

My vote was for the car speaker known as "Mindblowers".
They were the rival of the Jensen Triax II's, the speakers that could handle 100 watts !
