Ok. I think I finally made up my mind…. Originally, I was going to start building up my HT little by little and piece by piece, but after hours of reading, testing and researching and after a couple of returns, RMAs, restocking fees and refunds. I have finally settled with the Monitor60s, CS2, PSW505 and monitor30 on the way. All these speakers powered by a Denon 3311ic. I think am going to cut my credit card right now and block newegg and amazon. This project of mine is waay over budget

First, I purchased the monitor40s, which I really like, they sound fantastic but I made the mistake on the color. The cherry finished did convince me, though I found great stands for them. I got the 40s along with a CS2, I was very happy then...Of course I couldn’t stop hanging around and reading here and there. And I saw the 50s on sale that impulsively ordered in black; but after much consideration and talking to Polk. I decided to go with the 60s, which very conveniently went on sale at newegg :biggrin: I had to pay a some additional fees but that’s ok. because I ended up with what I want and am happy with my set up.

Now, I need to figure out how to organize all these wires and find AV furniture that matches nicely with my new speakers….but before that I’m just gonna enjoy my new toys.

nice work! So do you have all this hooked up yet? I was looking into the 3311ci receiver before I bought my marantz 7002, so I'd be curious to see what you thought of the receiver and setup in general.
