Hi, i am new to the forum and I have a basic question.

I plan to get new Front speakers, i have a CS10 center, i narrowed my options to the TSi100's and TSi200's, is there a substantial difference in sound between these two?

I have heard good things about the 100's, my only concern is that they may be overwhelmed by the pair of drivers in the CS10.

Thanks in advance.

It just depends on your budget. I don't think you need to worry about the CS10 overwhelming either the 100's or 200's. The CS10 has the same range as the 100's. However if they are going to be fronts, I think you would want to at least to get the 200's.

There is 12 or so Hz more bass extension with the 200s. It is very noticable. You can never be too big but, you can be too small! The 200s are kind of big for a bookshelf but, I would do it. You will be more happy in the long run.

Get the 200's. I love the entire line, but the 200's are standouts in the series.

I am getting another pair of Monitor 40s for my daughters bedroom. She has a musical ear and loves mine. I would be willing to bet I have the entire Monitor line by next summer!
