    German authorities on Tuesday said that a 21-year-old man in the southern city of Munich had been detained with a homemade Advent calendar with cannabis behind each door instead of chocolate.

    That is the best thing i have ever heard!!

    A six-foot (two meter) marijuana plant decorated as a Christmas tree was confiscated from the home of "an old hippie," who is now facing a drug possession charge, German police said Wednesday.

    An old hippie at 21? You have to give him credit for imaginative use of his substance.

    That's a shame.

    Now if he had kegs all around the base of a pine with Kool menthals hanging of the branches, that would be fine.

    Let people smoke it if they want and arrest those that try to sell it to minors. Simple.
    Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

    I wondered the same thing.

    Along the same line sort-of;
    I had a yard sale last summer and a little girl pointed at my 8' tall Japanese maple by my driveway and wispered to her dad. He then turned and came right to me and asked what kind of tree that was. I knew what it looked like and thought it was hilarious that he would actually think I would admit to something illegal. What kind of japanese maple is it, he then asked. I don't know, the tag might still be on the trunk, I said. He then asked if I was sure. Yes , I'm sure and I have other kinds in the back yard I told him. He was given a chance to get a tour but he declined.

    Back in the seventies several friends and I had a giant party house we rented together.

    A seven foot tall weed plant was our christmas tree that year. No bust. We smoked it for New Year's eve. :tongue:
