Any Decent Multi-Disc CD Players Out There?

It's time to retire the old, cheap Sony 5-disc player.
We especially like to use it at this time of year, for a "holiday mix" from our Christmas cd collection.
The Sony keeps skipping discs in "shuffle" mode, which kind of defeats the purpose.
I checked Vanns, and Denon and Yamaha both make a fairly inexpensive 5-disc player that a couple of people like.

(They're still making the old Sony model that I have - and it's still getting bad reviews.)
Thanks for any input.

As far as I know, shuffle mode is random, and all changers will skip discs. Not sure another brand will fix your issue.
