Looking for JBL ES250 amp

My jbl es250p (actually an es250pbk) took a dump on me. Anyone have one that got kicked in or anything? its in fantastic shape but when turned on it almost squeaks (very high pitch hum) for a sec from soft to loud and then pops and shuts off and won't turn on again for a few mins. My local speaker guy had it for 6 months and couldn't figure it out. Anyway i need an amp for it. Let me know. Thanks. Or if anyone is looking to buy a replacement enclosure or speaker i suppose we could work something...
