Yes I do. They are powered by Classe CA-M400 mono-block amps usually. Earlier today I hooked up my Classe DR-9 to the 802 and will take a listen after the amp has been on for a few hours.

Welcome. This is a great place to hang out even if you are a B&W fan. :)
I've had almost every Polk speaker made at some time or another. Polk still has a spot reserved close to my heart. It's just that the higher end B&W speakers are perfect for the way I hear music. I tried the uber detailed road and found that while it was nice to hear every little everything that is not what music is about to me. I found myself listening to the "details" and not the music. I was so wrapped up in trying to get the last 1% that audiophiles try to attain out of their systems/music that I forgot about the other 99% I was already happy with. Talk about diminishing returns.

The B&W 800 series is Awesome! I've own several pairs of B&W speakers over
the years. I started with a Matrix system 803s/HTM/805s then I upgrade the M803s
    to Matrix 801s(awesome). I bi-amped the 801s with two Aragons 8008 amps.

Next I went with a Nautilus system N804s/HTM2/N805s, with the N804s powered
by Mark Levinson 434 mono-blocs(one of the best amps made!).

Then I got out of Audio for about a year:frown: When I got back into Audio
I bought POLK:smile: a full RTiA5 system- Great on HT, but a little too bright
on Music for my taste. So I put together a Full Linn speaker system, with
AV5140s front and rear and matching 5120 center channel speaker. My front
pair of AV5140s powered by Odyssey Mono-Blocs.

The Linns are more laid back than the B&Ws that I've own, but just as Musical!

Love the 802D. If only I could stomach the 20K to spend on them, probably won't happen. I'd have to buy some on Agon and ship them.

Thank you to all that have welcomed me. I'm still on the prowl for a cd player but in no hurry to rush this. Looking for the perfect match to compliment what I have now. I have gone through tons of players but none have struck my fancy as of yet.

What have you tried ? Many here have been on the cdp merrygo round. Some have settled with Jolita,Raysonic, Musical Fidelity, Arcam, just to name a few. Classe themselves made a decent player back a few years. Give us a direction on your taste and I'm sure someone will jump in with a suggestion.

Thanks for the suggestions. I had a Marantz SA-KI-PEARL loaner for a few weeks and while I did enjoy the player there was something missing imo. I may consider the MARANTZ SA-7S1. I will have to research it first and then take a listen.
My buddy has a Sony SCD-DR1 and it does quite well. I believe at this point I am just going to keep an ear out for a player. If something comes along then great, and if not then that's ok as well.

I travel quite frequently and have listened to a few. Next week I am going for a long weekend to ?? and while there I am getting a Nagra system delivered for the duration of my stay. I keep hearing about these players from one of my marks, but never had a chance to listen. I never see them in any reference systems but have heard good things. We shall see.
