Just wanted to let everyone know this thing is a beast!! Anyone considering it should def keep it as a top choice. I was thinking of splitting two other subs but after letting this one break-in i've reconsidered, theres no need to now. It can throw the bass something fierce too, the last action movie i watched had a small subtle bass scene but sent sonic wave that hit me (sitting in the sweetspot) in the chest!! never had a bass do that and since then its been rockin. Rambo has amazing audio sound effects, its a little violent for some and too many rape scenes for me, but the audio track is great with a good system. Can't wait till I get an AMP to really appreciate it.

You should pick up Master & Commander if you haven't already.

I am running a PRO 600 and PRO 500 and for now I'm very happy. With the prices on the MicroPro's on Polk's eBay store it's been hard not to pull the trigger on two 4000's.

They're going to discontinue the micro series I believe, but don't know when. I'll check out Master and Commander too. Any other suggestions?

The new Star Trek has some great scenes in it. When they first go up into orbit, my DSW Pro 600 really rocked the room.

Expendables was really good for audio and i've been trying to find bluray Airbender at blockbuster but they only have 2 and they always seem to be rented, but i'll get it soon. I wish i coul remember the one that really threw the bass at my wife and I but we had a few:) cocktails so i'm not too sure which flick that was (but i do rememebr the feeling and wow!!)

Great subs, period. I'm thrilled I don't have to look anywhere else now.
