Which AVR for this setup?

I am pretty new to HT so wondering if you guys can help me out. I want a decent system for my family room where I will be using it for 80HT/20 Music. This will be a 3.1 system due to the room setup. I have a sliding glass window behind half my couch. I considered various speakers and think I have settled on the Rti A7s for fronts, a CSIA6 and a PSW505. I also considered the A5s but settled on the 7s. I have not purchased the speakers yet, just narrowed it down to these. I also considered the bipolar def techs but the fronts will be placed between a wall and a wallunit with the back of the speaker against a wall as well. Didn't think bipolar speakers would work well in that arrangement.
I was thinking about the Pioneer VSX-32 or the denon 3311. I really don't want to spend more the $750 or so for a receiver.

WELCOME TO CLUB POLK!!
You'd probably have to step up to the VSX32 to get pre-outs. If not. Consider the Pioneer VSX-1120 (almost the same features for less?).
Another thing to consider is that RTi-A7s are a bright or 'forward' sounding speaker, so you should consider a '[warmer] sounding AVR. The Denon AVR-3311 is certainly in that category. If it also have pre-outs (which I think it does..the pre-outs are used for when you want to upgrade to MORE (external) amplification for the A7s --which they would 'like'--that would be a good choice.
Rti speakers sound nice on a Denon. The Pioneer is also a fine choice. Onkyos are great AVRs but are not very 'warm' sounding.
I'd say, if you haven't yet. Get out and listen to some Denons, Pioneers, and Onkyos and see what 'you' like?

Thanks guys. I am leaning heavily towards the denon based on the comments from "cnh." I appreciate everyone's insight.

Where did you see it for $399 if you don't mind a little thread hijacking?
DOH! Just saw your other thread below, I may order one as well... -
accessories4less refurb'd
Yeah it's refurbished, but it's $400 not $1100... And from what people have pointed out the big difference to the 808 is 3D..which I could care less about.
Not bad, eh?Main Surround -
