We would like to buy our son one good Christmas present this year. He's been begging for a PS3 for quite awhile now. We priced them new and they are $300. That may as well be a million dollars right now.

Does anyone have a used PS3 in good condition with the original box and literature you may be willing to part with? If so please PM me ASAP.

Thanks,

Joe:smile:

They are out of stock right now, but keep an eye on the MicroCenter in the St. Davids / Villanova area. They have a refurnished one for $200. They had 9 last week so they might get more in. Here is the link to check:

I have the 120 GB one, I was looking into getting the new motion combo....how much would you offer me for mine. It is in super minty shape with the box and everything. I take care of my stuff. He would never know the difference.
Send me a PM if you wanted pictures or anything and what you would offer me.

You do know that you don't need a NEW PS3 to run he motion system. Just the new controller and camera which you can buy as a bundle? Any recent PS3 can do MOVE with the extra hardware as I understand it. They all get the same firmware upgrades from Sony?

Joe, I feel for you. I bought my PS3 at a Circuit City closing with a CC free 50 dollar gift card so I got mine for a lot less than 299, new! Good luck!

    Another 60 GB PS3 for $219 shipped: http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2124543
United States only, prices are shipped parcel post up to zone 8, if you want priority you can just pay the difference ($10-15). Paypal if verified/confirmed to listed address is fine, a personal check is OK if you don't mind waiting for it to clear.

Heat = Dave Simmons, ebay = Davesimmons

PS3 60 GB launch model with full hardware PS2 BC, $219 shipped

I have a PS2 Slim and a new PS3 slim so I no longer need this.

Works fine with no issues except I've never opened it up to clean it so the fans run louder now than when I bought it. I'll give a 14-day warranty as long as you don't open it up either. This is the model with wifi, 4x USB, card reader.

Includes: PS3, never-used Sixaxis controller (motion sensing but no rumble), USB-to-mini-USB cable for charging controllers (6'?), composite out cables, PS3 box, manual

Not included, but recommended: standard HDMI and/or optical digital cables, Sony bluetooth remote for DVD/blu-ray watching (the Sixaxis works for that too), longer USB-to-mini cable to play games while charging, Dualshock3 if you're ready to rumble.

You may have to sign up to forums to see details. Don't know seller, so, as always, have to do own due diligence.
