Lsi15 vs SDA 1C

I don't really have a comparison yet, but I hope to soon. Ben is modding the XO's in my 15's and I just couldn't do without music in the living room, so I moved the SDA's into their place. I've been wanting to compare them on the same gear, but never would have taken the time to do it, so this is working out okay (even though I can't wait to get the 15's back...patience is not a virtue of mine:biggrin:). Placement won't be optimal, but it's not for the 15's either. Regardless of the outcome, both sets of speakers will return to their respective places once the 15's get back home. My wife, as great as she is, won't allow the 1C's in the living room. Just too big to get WAF approval. She can't stand the 1C's in the bedroom and she tolerates the 15's in the living room, so I'm still doing okay.

    Modding crossovers in my SDA's is next on my list after I complete my amp project. Let us know what you think of the hot-rodded LSi's as that may well be my next upgrade.

    I own LSi15's (doing theater duty now) and SDA 1B's. fwiw, I was one of the few that liked the LSi15's better for 2 channel. I just like the LSi sound, what can I tell you.
