Just getting started!!

I've got a 12'x20' living room. I decided about a week ago that I was going to start piecing together a 5.1 surround system. I'm going to start with a receiver and my budget is 500 or less. I mainly will be using this system for movies and music. I read a post up here for about the same budget so I'll use that info, but to add to it I'm looking for at least 100watts per channel. I'm thinking about going with either the tsi400 or 500. I could also possibly afford the rti a5. I'm leaning on the 400 cause I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a strong enough receiver to push them to thier full potential. I thinking about going with the cs20 for the center and then not sure about the surround . The web page recommended the owm3. Then finally thinking about the dsw pro 600 sub. With this sub what can I expect from it. Will it rattle the windows? This will be a long process and the only thing that is set in stone is I'm using polk speakers so any input would be greatly appreciated.

WELCOME TO CLUB POLK!
Sounds like you've done your homework. That's a nice starter system and the Polk sub should give you some nice low end for LFEs you'll be very happy in a 12 x 20 space with that 12" sub.
What do you have in mind for your AVR?

I'm thinking about the yamaha HTR-4063 or the HTR-6240 they're the same price but different in some way and I not sure how. Or pioneer vsx-820-k. But I would love suggestions on that!!!!!!!!!!! I'm up to date somewhat on car audio but I've never shopped for the home audio.
