Hey guys, had heard there might be someone with an extra amp laying around for the RT3000p system. If this is you let me know how much you want for it

Additionally, I need the 8" driver from the same speaker.

any help is greatly appreciated!

Not sure about the driver, however why don't you go with external amplification for both RT3KP's sub towers?

I'm thinking you could get a nice stereo Adcom or a pair of monoblocks that'll work just fine for your subs. Just a suggestion since you might be in the market for awhiiiiiiiiile if you're looking for a direct replacement.

    Goodluck!

I have a spare amp but my price is now 300.00

Good luck on the driver. I have seen a similar driver at Parts express and it's made for Miller Krysel speakers. It looks similar but doubt it is of the same caliber.

can't locate the one on parts express that looks like it was made for Miller Krysel anywhere online. It might be in a catalogue I have from them.

I bought a spare sub module about 18 months ago to have as spares for my set of RT3000ps. The amp works fine, but I'm keeping it since there basically are none left. I do have two drivers. If you get your amplification situation worked out and need one, let me know and we can work something out.

You may also want to do some research to see if the RT2000p's use the same sub driver. I had a couple pairs and it seems like they looked the same, but I wouldn't swear to it. Might make it easier to find one. I know the amps are different, but finding a 'donor' pair of Rt2000p's and modding the amps to work would be cheaper, perhaps.

Also, seems like there was some info in thread about how to fix the amps. It's been a while, but might be worth looking for. As I recall, someone changed out the caps, or did some minor component replacement and fixed their amp. May be worth a try, since, as Grandpa used to say, "Trying to fix somethin' that's already broke ain't gonna hurt it none."

Easy transaction with newrival. Sold him one driver, and he has installed it.
