I have a 2003 Chevy S-10 Which im looking to replace speakers in. It has 6 ½ door and 4x6 dash. I have looked on Cruthfield and it lists no dash speakers that will fit. I wondering if anyone has replaced these and if there is a great deal of modification to get them installed. Im currently looking at the Polk DB461P as the replacements

    I have done it in a '98 S10.
I used Boston 4x6's and there were no problems that I can remember.
I used a ratchet with phillips insert because you cannot get a screwdriver in there because of the windshield.

I had to use some spacers on the 6 1/2" door speakers because the speakers (Phoenix Gold Comp set) depth was to great for the door.

    Neither is a hard install.

its no problem.i have a 2003 gmc s-15,its no different. If you put a 4x6 with a bigger magnet just use a heat gun to push down your ac ducts.
