Finally a "National Do Not Call Registry" is available. Go to www.donotcall.com and register if you are sick of telemarketers calling you all day. I don't know how specific my particular problem is but I get calls at least every 30 to 45 minutes all day long. Sure, I have fun agravating them every now and then but at this point I wouldn't even make an obviously good deal with those ****. Sometimes even when you answer the phone you can hear them talking to each other in the backround and they are not even paying attention to whether anyone picked up or not. At this point I don't even pay attention to the rings until I hear someone I know start to speak. That is not how a phone is supposed to be used and it really annoys me. Anyone with me on this one?

Everybody JUST DO IT!!

I signed up for the state Do Not Call about two months ago and will sign up for the national one now. Just the state Do Not Call has virtually eliminated like 95% of the BS calls I used to get.

I think its awesome and about time. Now if we could just get do not send me another credit card application junk mail crap...

It's common knowledge that every male that uses the internet needs more credit so that they can order "**** Pills" which then allows you to take advantage of all of the "Single Ladies" that send you invitations to meet them at their website, so you'll obviously need to stock up on the low cost Viagra, after all that action you might want a diversion....so why not sign up to be Mentored by a Real Live Millionare!!

Does anyone ever buy anything that a telemarketer has to sell, or even consider any of the crap that is offered in any Email offer? Talk about a huge waste of advertising funds!

I have a message that plays on my line (via the phone company) that notifies the caller that my number does not accept sales calls...haven't talked to a telemarketer in about 2 years!:D
