hi guys im new to the forums here and am looking for some sound advice on my front speakers.
My current setup
avr = onkyo sr508
fronts = tsi 100s
center = cs10
surrounds = m10s
sub = psw125
im looking to go 7.1 (want to try out the front height thing) and want a good pair of fronts that best match my system as im just looking to upgrade front speakers and thats it my system is used for gaming and HT i was thinking m60s or 70s but have read that the 70s need a bit of juice before they sound the best. so im looking for a speaker that will fit right in sound good and for a good price.
thx in advance and any help will be greatly appreciated :)
FS= m50
CS= cs10
SR= tsi100
sub= psw125
AVR= onkyo sr508

    How big is the room? How far do you sit from the speakers. With the sub crossed over at 80 Hz, you wont gain much from going to the M70s. Heck, get a pair of M50s and use the TSi 100s as sides and the M10s as the rears. Get some Monitor 30s for the heights! 9.1 style!
    Things are more like they are now than they ever will be!

    yea thats what i was thinking too the 70s would be overkill 60s too probably
    i have a 50" tv and sit approx 7ft from it the dronts are ear lvl (sitting) even with the tv. the room is small 14x18 plaster walls and hardwood floors. so yea ill roll with the 50s but ill have to use the 10s as heights avr wont do 9.1 or will it? as far as i know it its a 7.1 onkyo sr508
    but thanks so much for the help.
