After literally being offline for what seemed eternity, Bestbuy is back up and running.
Has anyone tried using their ridiculous search engine?
Type in a brand and a current model of a product they carry, and instead of taking you to the item, you get 5116 completely unrelated "possibilities"
Try sending a comment on their "contact us" page and find yourself being looped endlessly through their "please select a category" ****, which wipes out your entire message each time.
Are these freaking idiots for real?

That's due to the fact that the people who design and construct their web-sight used to work in their customer service department.
