For sale is a fully functional CT-23 preamplifier from Carver. Pictures available on request. From what I understand, Audiogon bluebook is $200. Will sell for $150+shipping.

Sounds like a fair price. But doesn't the CT23 also have a TUNER? Isn't it a Pre-amp/tuner?

You are correct... it does have a built-in tuner. I'm not at home right now... will get pics up this evening.

Marantz does that on a lot of their gear.....copper screws I mean. It's neat.CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I acquired from work, and it had been tested prior to me taking it. I only have one source and I didn't really listen to radio (does not include antennas) but I would presume all is functional as it was labeled "Tested" when I received it.
As for blemishes, nothing that stands out. A couple of minor topcase scratches, and perhaps a couple superficial ones on the face. I didn't notice anything that bugged me and I'm usually pretty picky. Hope this helps. -
