Quart... 12's pbd

The orginal idea was blow away when I guy came up to me and said I got 4 MB quart 12's for 150$ cause my g/f is preggy lol bought them on the spot.. and s*it for the money I can't complain damn good speakers first set of MB's I've had but so far I am impressed with them?? What was the bad Exp?

    i have no idea about mb subs -- never used them.

    my bad exp was with decade series speakers...

    i got a set of mbq decade 3 way 6x9's for 110 bucks on sle -- sposed to be rated at 140 rms, 60 to 140 actually...

    well... i put 50 watts of regulated xtant power on them, running free air in the back deck, xed over at like 70 or 80.... and boom -- voice coil went on one...

    next day -- the other one went on me.... i couldn't take it anymore - went to CC, bought EX III's ... and never looked back -- EX III was waaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better... surprisingly.

    i'm never buying 'quart again.
