Banned - incorrectly

Well, it's been 3 days and my account (maximillian) is still banned. I have sent three messages to the webmaster with no reply.

I had almost 700 post count and over a dozen feedback rating yet I am accused of being a spammer.

Why banned? The only thing I can think of is on Saturday I reported a spammer who had posted on an old FS thread. After reporting it I replied to the thread with "^reported". Next morning I was banned. I would post the link to the FS thread but both the spammer's and my post are gone.

This has happened before. Look at Patrick's last post on this thread:

What's my next recourse? I can't PM with this account yet or I would contact the other moderators. Hopefull this post will shed some light on the issue, or perhaps get me unbanned.

    Something like this happened before to another member. It was a mis-click by the admin. Be patient. It'll get straightened out.

    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    That was my thought... I got a vacation from here for 10 days once. It wouldn't be so bad if you could still read the threads..:wink:

    LOL. Reporting spammers is fine. I guess just don't reply to their thread. Again, see explanation as to why in the thread mentioned above.

    Yeah. When I quoted you the last time I saw the rest of the post that you edited out. I figured I would leave that out since I am pretty sure the mods would not have appreciated that little tidbit of info thrown out there. :wink:

    In every other case yes but I'm not allowed to do that anymore. If anyone has issues with their account, I suggest emailing me directly and I'll ensure you get taken care of....if you're worth saving in the first place.

    My other account was created so I could try to communicate with polk admins. My account was corrected only after this post was made.

    Admins, you are welcome to ban/delete the "wuz" account. I have no intention of keeping it.
