Not for sale on Catalina Island

Well, doing a little checking on Amazon for cologne as gifts, and checked out a site that seemed to have some decent prices (not associated with, etc.).
What got my curiosity, though, was this blurb at the bottom of the web page for Curve Crush:

Huh ? Is there something going on on Catalina Island I should be aware of ?
