Replacement for SL1000 Tweeter

Hi, I need four tweeters to replace my sl1000s (several of which are blown). My understanding is that there are better options than sl1000 which I would be happy to consider. Oh, I'm new here....if someone has something to sell me, what is the protocol?

    they may be able to help
