So in rearranging the furniture, "wifey" would prefer to move to a Surroundbar system instead of having lots of stuff hanging around. Having wanted to change things up, I am willing to go along with this idea, at least for a little bit. So here is some currently unused equipment for sale.
Rotel RB-980bx amp - $180 plus actual shipping
I have owned this amp several times over and kept going back to it for its power and overall sound. I purchased from a local guy that let it accumulate a few scratches over the years. Some scratches on teh face and nicks on the body, but nothing a dark room shouldn't take care of. It functions 100% and is a great choice for a first amp. As I said, I keep coming back to it (this was my 3rd one) because it's unbeatable for the price.
Zu Gede 1m RCA IC's - $85 shipped
I've sung the praises of these IC's for a while and they still continue to impress me. I will always keep a pair of these and this is an extra I picked up a while back.
Zu Wax 10 ft. single speaker cable with bananas all around - $75
I still own a set of these cables and this is from the center speaker. I love their neutral sound and balance. Just a solid cable from a solid company(unlike company below).
AV123 ELT-525c center speaker in Rosewood - $125 plus actual shipping
A solid speaker from an unfortunately shady company that made awesome speakers. After shopping around for budget (under $250) center channels, I landed on this and it is on par with the Csi5 for the best I've heard at the price. Sound is a little less forward than Csi5 but manages to be just as dynamic and crisp. Beautiful rosewood veneer and a solid cabinet. All drivers and grill in perfect shape. This was purchased directly from Mark Schifter (he lived a mile from me) so I kind of feel guilty having supported such a criminal. Such a shame because the speakers from AV123 were incredible.
Pictures forthcoming. May have a few more items here soon. I am willing to give somebody a good deal if they want to buy multiple items. PM with any questions.
Obviously, willing to trade anything here toward a Surroundbar 42.

That 980 was my first amp and I gotta say, that's BY FAR the lowest I've ever seen it listed.I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone.
