    Sweet. I love me some venni chile! My buddy just tagged a doe. He also got a cow Elk in CO, and some Salmon in NY. Time for me to stop buy and get some. BTW rabbit is a favorite of mine. I just wish they were the size of deer.

    I'm not a big fan of wild rabbit, but there are several markets locally where I can buy domestically raised rabbit meat, and it is very good!

    Used to work in a slaughterhouse in Nebraska that processed horse meat for shipment overseas. If that place is still in operation I know the numbers for that category are way light.
