Small speaker suggestions

Been a while since I've been able think about 'new' audio stuff but recently I acquired a pair of relatively inexpensive Chinese 18 watt mono block amps - an am looking for a good sounding small speaker to go with it. Any recommendations as to what I should look at would be much appreciated!

Consider a used pair of ads L-420 or L-520. Excellent, smooth and nonfatiguing wide-bandwidth sound; small package and surprisingly efficient; I've used a pair of L-420s extensively with an EICO HF-81 (push-pull EL84 stereo integrated amp, ca. 12 wpc).

New production... maybe a pair of the smaller Tektons using Fostex FR drivers.

If you're on a budget, Cambridge Audio's S30 sound very nice for the money.

The CA S30's do sound nice, especially for the $179 a pair I've seen them priced at. Denon has a similar small speaker that was reviewed in Stereophile. Someone on another forum claimed that the CA and Denon were both made by the same OEM, but I've got nothing to confirm that.

RTiA1? it is a polk forum after all...haha. Energy speakers also have some good values in my opinion.
