Sae amp help pls

Hello everyone i have an A501 SAE amp. I have 2 problems. One is that the amp has very low output when hooked up and by low i mean a whisper of output. And second is that i dont understand this amp.... Hypass and standard rca inputs. Is it a dual mono setup or stereo will it work with SDA's i believe i saw a post about sae amps but i cant seem to find it again. Any help would be appreciated... thank you very much

Have you consulted the manufacturer owner's or instruction manual of the amplifier

No i sure haven't didn't even think of that but i also dont have the owners manual.
