On a one way trip, never to return. What would you want to take with you to remind you of Earth?

    I'll never go there again.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

No I wouldn't. If you really wanted to, you could find a way to be confined for life right here on earth, no need to go to mars.

I vote to send all the politicians there first. Hell, they all know what's best for us, so they should know best, right?

You can always leave The Mars Hotel. In fact, we encourage it.

    last sentence from the article.

" The challenges are still monumental, though,
foremost because political and financial long-term commitments have to be secured. "

the probability of getting both is as remote as actually getting a mission to Mars

From what I hear they want older guys for the trip? If so...you might be able to fund this with SS cuts and reduce the number of retirees at the same time which might just make it cost effective for a budget cut happy congress. Mars = Logan's Run Euthanasia? Are Martians eligible for entitlements? lol
