I bought this amp a few months back with the intent of going 7.1 .That would have been overkill as my Cary 5.1 amp more than satisfies my audio/video needs.I got it at a great price and will pass that on to a fellow Polkie....I do not use paypal so we can work out the source of payment for a serious buyer.It comes with the original box and a color copy of the manual(same as on B&K's website).It had a couple of small nicks on the faceplate and I tried to touch them up with a sharpie which was not the greatest idea.The amp was never used by the original owner.It has 40 hours at the most on playing time.I am asking $1200 and split the shipping with you.If you go to Audiogon or Ebay you can see this is a very fair price.You can e/mail me @ ekryk@yahoo.com to get my phone number to talk more about the amp.     I had the model before this one (7270 II).. BEST multi-channel amp I've ever owned.

    Not a big drop but the amp is priced to sell.I forgot to talk about the amp's performance in the initial post.It is a great sounding amp and works great in both ht and music roles.It has plenty of power for those dynamic scenes and great punch on the low end.Once again,this amp has low low hours on it.

    Am I on C.List??? LOL You guys are a tough sell.This is the best I can do on this amp.$1100 which is stupid low and you can pick up the shipping.You can check Fed Ex Ground or UPS to get a great rate.I promise the amp will be securely packaged for a safe arrival.Have a great week....Eddie

    I've owned this amp as well, great price, modular and easily 4ohm capable. You could bi-amp your Left/Right and run your Center on this which would be more power than you'll ever need for your front stage. The faceplate can be removed and you could send it to Toolforlife and get it completely re-anodized.

    EDIT: Just a thought for the new owner I mean.
    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    The amp's faceplate is really not as bad as the pic's show.The camera exagerates the touchup I did with the off color sharpie.I would be happy to send more pictures to a serious buyer.This is an absolute steal on this amp.I will sell it for $1025.00 and shipping is on you.I promise you will have zero disapointment when you open this box and play this amp.You can e/mail me for my number so you can talk to me.Hurry,I think the price will sell this amp today.
