    Most everyone here has good things to say about Pioneer AVR's, I can't speak for them. What I can speak for is paying less then and more now. I'm in the position where I do want to add an amp and use my AVR as a pre, however I bought an Onkyo 607 when they came out, and didn’t make an informed purchase. Now I'm going to have to sell it to get something that has pre-outs, I wish you luck with your decision!
