I was going to rip some of the CDs I have purchased the last few months to my computer....
Some reason Windows Media Player is not finding the album information!?????!??
This is incredibly pissing me off...
I tried selecting everything possible that would allow it to find info and it just is not doing it
Please help!

Stop **** around with WMP and get CDex. It uses LAME which is one of the best engines out there and you can either use the CDDB links it comes with or specify your own.
That is if you are doing MP3. If you want lossless then you should ditch WMP and not bother with CDex.Expert Moron Extraordinaire

WMP wont do Flac files or other lossless files. Mediamonkey allows most file types. I use flac files and tagging is easy. MM is free but the upgrade allows for faster operation. There are other programs but I tried MM and like the total package. I would go with J River if I had known about it before I got the $50 lifetime MM upgrade! Use EAC if you want perfect bit for bit copies. Use a lossless file type, harddrives are cheap!Main system: Lyngdorf TDAI 2170 w/ Pioneer 42" plazma-> Polk LSiM 703 w/Tivo, Marantz tuner, BRPTT: Nothingham Spacedeck-> Pioneer PL L1000 linear arm-> Soundsmith DL 103R-> SUT->Bottlehead ErosDigital: I3 PC w/ Jriver playing flac -> Sonore Ultrarendu -> Twisted Pair Audio ESS 9028 w/ Mercury IVY Vinyl rips: ESI Juli@24/192-> i3 PC server
