Well, now I just got my brother in-law hooked up with a pair of RTI12's on CL for $300.00. He had some Boston towers and when I told him the seller dropped these Cherry RTI12's for $300.00 it was road trip time. Drove about 20 miles to listen to them and pick them up and drove another 45 miles to meet brother inlaw half way. I mean, what is family for! Though his wife (my sister) may not be that happy with me. But cmon, except for a few small scratches, I believe $300 for the pair is a steal.....don't you! Now he says his next step is to be a member here. When I saw the smile on his face I was so happy for him:biggrin:

Gadabout has a pair of these, don't know what amp he was driving them with (B&W?) but they were the best sounding RTis I have heard. Not bright and sounded smooth and well tamed.

    Nice karma dude !

Are these the next step up from the RTi8's? I saw listened to some 12's at a mutual friends house and really liked them. The wife tought they are to big but made me go "SHWING!"

My brother drove 8 hours and paid up front so I could get my SDA's.

Got to love family that shares in your hobby.

Yeah,I love it that my brother -in-law is into it but not to sure how happy my sister is with me hooking my brother-in-law up with these? I spoke to him tonight and while he is loving them my sister says they are too big! I say big and beautiful (at a steal!) I told her she will get use to the size in time. Guess I will find out when I go up there for Thanksgiving:rolleyes:
