Vintage RTA 8T Repair Advice Needed

I have a pair of Polk RTA 8T where one gives out a muffled sound. I believe the mid-range, located on the very top is partially working but tweeter and sub-woofer is getting no power to it. Physically, they have no damage and appear to be in perfect condition. I suspect that there's a problem with the component that interfaces with the speaker wires (amplifier?), where the coil or one of electrical parts (perhaps a capacitor) went bad. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Club Polk. Take the known good tweeter and place it in the speaker with the "bad" tweeter. If the Good tweeter doesn't play then it is a loose wire or failed component. There is no sub woofer in the RTA-8T.
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben
