B&K PT 3 preamp

Just picked this up on an ebay auction for $96 + shipping, anyone know anything about it? I've heard really good things about B&K products and thought for the price, I should be pretty good.
Main 2ch -
BlueSound Node->Ethereal optical cable->Peachtree Audio Nova 150->GoldenEar Triton 2+
TT - Pro-ject Classic SB with Sumiko Bluepoint.

TV 3.1 system -
Denon 3500 -> Dynaudio Excite 32/22

    yeah I figured that, If I don't like the way it sounds I could probably sell it for more than I paid.
