How in the holy blue hell do you remove the tweeters from a pair of RT55's? I can get the back off by twisting it, but the front bezel is a **** and I am afraid to break it. Or does the bezel even come off?

Thanks in advance,
Shawn

    Remove front bezel...

Push on the back of the tweeter.

    Pops right out.

    This.

Hmm, they make it seem so easy. There must be something simple you're overlooking. I've done that before. Step away from it for a few minutes and then take another look at it.

hehe - Seriously... the drivers are kind of floating between the baffle and the enclosure ---

The woofer just sets in there and the tweeter snaps in the baffle with plastic clips.

Takes ALOT of pressure - but literally pops out.

i just had to do this. It comes off but you do have to apply a lot of pressure. You have to push on the tweeter from the front of the baffle and it will pop out the back. If you look at the back of the tweeter there are 2 retaining plastic pieces that it needs to slide out off. You could try a flat head screwdriver but be very careful about snapping anything.

what you twisted off is just the magnet..

Thanks all; I got it this morning. A flat head screw driver and a lot of force popped it out nicely. I was just afraid of FUBAR'ing it. Now I have to figure out how to put the new one in after I get it! I am assuming it just snaps into place...............with a lot of force!!!!!
