Lmao!! Who the hell ever went to McDonalds for healthy food ??:tongue:

Alright BAF, since you brought it up, I think you should do a review. Notes on taste, texture, nutrition, and overall sense of value. Bonus points for what wine or beer you would pair it with, and what you would change about it if you could.

Why does this thing ever go away if there's such fanfare for it every time? I guess their sales will always be high on the thing, but to say "it's back" every year is lame.......if it's not good enough to keep around on a full time basis, retire it

They sell out of them so fast too. They are tasty, I usually eat one when they come around. I don't kick it at McDonalds like I did when I was school. I try to eat healthier if and where I can. All the traveling I do (60-70 percent) that stuff would catch up with me in no time.

I try to make it a personal rule not to eat food that has to be shaped and molded into looking like what it's supposed to be.

Funny you should mention it. I remember our high school cafeteria served a "pork" sandwich shaped like a pork chop. Boneless.

Gregory Peck and I attempted to stab it on hallowed ground with the seven knives of Megiddo, but the cops stopped us just in time.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I'll assume you're joking, but on the off-chance that you're not...

    Uh.....no

McDonalds is just gross, period. The fact that it's terrible for you is secondary to how gross it is.

You can eat reasonably healthy without having a 'sad life'. A nice filet with a baked potato or grilled vegetables is immensely better tasting than fast food, and is significantly more healthy. On the cheaper side you've got things like grilled chicken and homemade pizza that also fall into the 'healthier and better tasting' category.

I'll go for the occasional spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's or Chick Fil-a, but really don't do fast food much otherwise. Try not doing fast food for a month and then going somewhere like McDonalds and tell me you're not grossed out by the first taste....

When I was a kid, my Dad and I were at McD's and he was served a McRib with a pellet from a BB gun in it. He was irrate and wrote the Corp. HQ with his complaint. What did he receive? An apology letter with a coupon for a free McRib!!!

I'll never forget that, and I'll never eat a McRib...

I do have to agree with the previous post that McDonalds is quite gross.
