Yep, like Lindsay Lohan and every other celebrity....Polkies, every single one of us, including all Polkfest hosts, would be in jail for months.

    Ridiculous.

Well unfortunately I didn't stop drinking till I was 47 so that was eight years ago. I can't condemn him as I have gone on drunken rampages in the past . . . how's that!;)

For trashing a hotel room? Why would anyone ever go to jail for that?

MAYBE for admitting to coke use, but if they don't find any on someone I'd be surprised if just saying "I did coke" would lead to jail time, even for someone on probation.

Prisons are overcrowded and expensive to the taxpayer; the more non-violent offenders who are kept out of there, the better.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

I never spent more than an overnight stay in jail for trashing anything even a hotel room during a drunken rampage. I'm not proud of that just stating fact.

Exactly. Everyone loves to do the "celebrities get special treatment" stuff just because their legal battles are public, but people just don't go to jail for this crap.

Except maybe the Lindsay Lohan thing, which is silly.

For real; how many average Joe's go on rampages where someone was injured, lets say in a barroom brawl and spent minimal time in jail unless of course the injured party was really effed up.
