They are going to open up a local brick and mortar store.
Good stuff. A little competition for Fry's and Microcenter.

Yeah, I like having CompUSA around. I don't buy much there, but it's nice to have the extra competition around. Microcenter is my 'goto' place for CPUs as they're always cheaper, Fry's is where I get pretty much everything else.

And some point and time as much as we order they will all piss us off. Newegg screwed up last month and Tiger last week.

I desperately need a "technology" superstore to open up around here. The closest place is an hour away.

I've got a Frys 1 hour away to the south, and a BB an hour away to the north. I live in the biggest city in my county, and all we get is a Walmart. Not even a SUPER Walmart.

    :(

Newegg has screwed up mine, several times. They are pretty poor at packaging things too. But they have a better selection than anyone, and always take care of the issues. Tiger direct has never messed up an order, or packaged it poorly, so if they have a lower price, I don't hesitate using them.

Tiger had one here in IL and it's a tiny little dump. Crappy selection, and it took me about 5 minutes before I just walked out the door disappointed. Microcenter and Fry's have such a great selection in comparison, I really have no need to go elsewhere.
