Adcom GFA 7000?

Anyone have experience with this amp? I'm picking one up today for $150.

Sources: Harman Kardon DVD-27,
Panasonic DMP-BDT110 blu ray player
AVR: Sony STR-DA2400ES
Amps: Sonance Sonamp 260(fronts),
Kenwood KM-894(surrounds)
Fronts: NHT 2.5
Center: NHT VS-1.2A
Surrounds: NHT Super One
Subwoofer: SVS PB10-ISD

    Just got it hooked up. Wow! This is the first separate amp I've had and it's just amazing. I know it's an older amp and probably not the last word in refinement but going from just a receiver to this - it's like a veil was lifted from my speakers. The soundstage has opened up, dynamics have a lot more slam and highs are no longer shrill.

    I've somewhat doubted those who swear by separates on here. I always thought a receiver was enough. In some cases, maybe they are. In my case however, I was happy to be proven wrong.

    Now to start looking for a better preamp...
