Looks like the RTA M11 to me too.
Look at the back and there will be a right and left speaker if they're 11's. -

They're 11s. Note the size of the enclosure and the flat-foam-faced passives (also found in the Monitor 12 and the LF-14 subwoofer).

They are good as I recall; I'd probably just as soon have a pair of 10s or 12s, personally.

I used to have a pair of 12’s back in the day. They were great speakers. Did lot’s of things right.

Yea, I had a mint pair with original boxes, manuals, etc.
The ones I found had been sitting for over 20 years in the boxes and had to be broke in again. The more I played them out the better they sounded.
I loved them. '82 only IIRC. I traded/sold mine to Joe Humbert here on the forum, missed them bad and traded back for them. I had a water pipe break and had a couple inches of water in my living room and the cabinets were destroyed.
excellent and well balanced speaker I'll eventually replace.
I think Jesse's (F1 Nut) Dad had a pair also. He should also be pretty familiar with them. We spoke on the phone a few times about them and Jesse was a big help in set up on them. Jesse is a big Teddy Bear btw!!! -
I have a pair, but they're not in use right now. They sounded real nice, but I need to create a better space for them. It just wasn't right cramming them into the spaces between my HT setup. I bought them from BlueMDPicker: http://www.polkaudio.com/forums/showthread.php?t=98710
