Didn't see the first one, will I miss out on anything?

Contemplating watching it, and I'd hate to ask my sister how it was (she saw the midnight premiere) because she'll spoil things.

If it's anything like the first one, the only thing you will miss out on are 2 hours of your life. Oh, and some money.

    Bingo!

The first was just like Blair Witch, just indoors. Not really creepy or scary and the ending...cheese factor at it's highest.

Agreed. The first one was very boring and very predictable.

I thought the first one was pretty creepy, as far as low-budget horror goes. Haters gotta hate.
If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

+1 Like Blair Witch, I didn't see what was so scary.

Thought the first one was a big waste of time. It might be possible to get more scared from an episode of ghost hunters.

I dont know. I guess horror movies have an effect on different people. I know I haven't got scared watching any recent horror movies, that one was the only one that was creepy. I guess you also have to some belief in the possibility of ghosts, otherwise it would be pointless watching it.

Warning to those who have not seen the first. I saw the first and it scared the crap out of me. I still kick myself sometimes when I start thinking about it at night than I end up staying up for an hour or two. I doubt I want to see the second. Some say it was not scary "first" I say it was probably one of the scariest movies I have seen.

The first one was completely boring until the last 20 minutes or so.

I'm not expecting much more from this one. The only parts that might "creep" me out are the parts involving the kid...just cause I have a kid that age.
