Decided to sell my 15 inch Dayton sub that I used for my diy build. Decided to go in a little different direction since I was mainly using this sub for HT. It's only 6 months old, was never over driven, and sounds great for music and HT. Very nice looking sub as well. If somebody local wanted it I might be willing to deliver it for you:eek: It still looks like the day I got it. This could also be used for car audio not just in home. This is just for the driver, not the entire closure with amp. I linked the product page straight from parts express so you can look at the specs and also my build thread for pics. If it doesn't sell I may use this as a second sub to the new one I'm gonna build:D

asking $100+shipping or if local possibly deliver it

Thanks! I just decided that if someone local wanted this I could sell the enclosure with it for an extra $40.

Very interested. I am about 4 hours away, but I think we might be able to work something out. I would be interested in both the Sub and the Enclosure. I am assuming this does NOT have a plate amp and has speaker terminals on the rear of the enclosure? Do you have a pic of that? I would be driving it with a Crown XTi 2000... Or maybe even a CE4000 if I was feeling froggy :D

    Let me know.

    Thanks,

    Don

Actually it does have a plate amp. It's still mounted on the box since I have not started building the enclosure for the new sub yet. If you want the box tho, all you would have to do is make some kind of plate to cover the cut out for the plate amp and install some speaker terminals. Just make sure that the cover plate was sealed of course. I can post some pics when I get home from work. Dimensions of the box are around 27"x22"x20". I think lol.

As much as I hate to sell the box, I don't know when I will have time to build another one:( I have to so that I can help fund the new enclosure. Here is the pic of the back where you would have to make a plate to cover to cutout. You can see where the first amp I used was larger and also had to make a separate plate since I didn't want to tear the whole box apart to make a new rear to the box. It's not the prettiest enclosure, but definitely gets the job done. If there are no takers I will post this on craigslist as well. dcmartinpc is first in line if he's still interested. I will also sell these separately if dcmartinpc doesn't buy it and any one is interested.

Well I figured I would give this a bump. I don't think dcmartinpc will be buying this sub as it's been a month now and it's still sitting here and he hasn't contacted me about it lately. And to dcmartinpc I apologize if you are still interested but I have to get rid of this thing, my girl is growing impatient and when I mentioned keeping it and running dual 15's I got the evil eye:frown::eek: lol. If he wants it ofc it's still up for grabs. I will be listing it on Craigslist as well if there is no interest on here. As before I'm selling it separate or with the box if you're interested. And my offer to deliver to local polkies is still valid:tongue:

I know this is fairly old, but do you still have this driver for sale?

Actually I still do have the woofer. But I don't have the enclosure for it any more because I hacked it up. I was going to use this in my car but I don't like the way it sounds in a smaller cube box, that and I think it may have an air leak somewhere in the box:redface: I just haven't bothered finding it:tongue:

Ok I have some updated pics of the driver. The cone, spider, magnet, and tinsel leads are in great shape. There are just some small nicks in on the side of the basket where I had to use a flat head screwdriver to pull the driver out of the enclosure because it sealed a little too well with the gasket and it wouldn't pop out. Can be easily fixed with a little satin touch up paint. Also have all the original shipping boxes for it.

$100 shipped, pm sent to Mattcc22
