h/u sub w/ 2- channel system

Hi guys,
Todays question is well following others in the quest for more bass.
Right now I have a matched set of Kliposch 500 skps w/ a pwrd sub. That's part of my H/T system. Now I've gone 2-channel W/Infinitys sm112s they lack the bass of some other well known speakers. Klipsch said this sub would not be wired to any thing else. So if I purchased a new indy sub (which I saw) how do you incorporate this into one 2- channel system. Yes in a perfect world I would get the speakers that I covet the most Klipsch Fortes.
Prices being what they are the less expensive sub might be the way to go.
Now keep in mind I'll need wire A goes here then wire B goes there . I have a simple mind who failed algebra about 6 times.......lw
