6511 driver

Hi,
When I rebuilt the x overs on my sda 2.3 speakers I found I have a odd driver. I need a 6511 to make it right. Anyone have a single available? Thanks.
Main system: Lyngdorf TDAI 2170 w/ Pioneer 42" plazma-> Polk LSiM 703 w/Tivo, Marantz tuner, BRPTT: Nothingham Spacedeck-> Pioneer PL L1000 linear arm-> Soundsmith DL 103R-> SUT->Bottlehead ErosDigital: I3 PC w/ Jriver playing flac -> Sonore Ultrarendu -> Twisted Pair Audio ESS 9028 w/ Mercury IVY Vinyl rips: ESI Juli@24/192-> i3 PC server

    Good luck on that one, check e-bay, Polk has them new but they don't match exactly. which driver do you have?

    There is a 6510 in the place of the 6511. I will wait a day here and order a pair from polk if needed.

    Thanks for checking. I'll order a pair from polk tomorrow if they are available. I also want to thank you for making the rings. Very well done and a very good solution to a major problem in keeping these old speakers going. I was not looking forward to repairing all the holes in the passives of my 2.3s.     I ordered 2 6511 drivers from polk this am. $105 shipped. Glad they are still available.

    Are they 6511's or something new? Will you have to modify anything?

    They are the replacement 6511 drivers from polk. They dont have the shiny coating but are the same otherwise. I only needed one but got a pair so that the new drivers will be in both the left and right speakers. That way if there is any differences it will maintain the image balance.
