Anyone have a direct email address for customer service for verizon internet?
I went to contact us and clicked email they want a account number which I do not have.

I've been a Verizon customer for 10 years now and it's horrible trying to get through to them.
Most of the time I can't login to my account and there's NO valid customer support # to call.
IT IS EASY TO PAY YOUR BILL ONLINE THOUGH. Go figure. LOL!
I've been to my local Verizon Wireless store 3 times since friday trying to get my phone bill straightened up. They've been charging me for "Verizon to Verizon" calls the last 3 months and also charging for friends and family calls.
I love the area coverage, no dropped calls, but IF there's a problem it's a Royal, P.I.A. to get straighted up.
That issue does need addressed immediately by Verizon.
