Updating/rebuilding crossover

Hey all, I have the original version of the ls-90 with the 4.0 mH inductor. I'm gong to update these so that they match the 2nd version. First is the resistor which I'll be getting a mills, next I'll upgrade the capacitor with a Jantzen. Should I go crosscap or the Z standard? Next are the inductors. If I wanted to go bare minimum then I would just replace the 4 mH with a 1.0 mH with a DCR of .25 ohms. Would I gain anything replacing the other two? The one in the tweeter line up is already an air core. The two in line with the woofers are iron core and the closest I can find to a 1mH and a DCR of .25 ohms (the that has to be changed) is an air core. Would it be a waste to not change the other one? Or would I not gain anything from going iron core to aircore? It's the same in both versions. I have no idea were saturation begins. I ask because it will save me $50.

I'll be going this route unless there is a completely different design that has been developed for the ls90. Anyone?

Thanks
Dan
