WTT COD:MW2 PC for PC sound card

Just what it says in the title. My sound card decided to take a crap, and I don't have any onboard sound to fall back to.

I'm looking for a card within the same price range as the game ($40-$60).

    So I've got a Creative Labs X-Fi Extreme Gamer card lying around.. nothing fancy, but it worked when i pulled it out of the last computer it was in...

    Also have a really dusty Geforce 7800 Vid Card i could send you too.. fairly certain it works hahah
